A refereed online publication, Teaching Italian Language and Culture Annual (TILCA) is dedicated to promoting a scholarly exchange among teachers and researchers of Italian language and culture as an L2. TILCA thus welcomes submissions of essays that deal with empirical and theoretical issues concerning language teaching and learning. TILCA also reviews relevant scholarly books, textbooks, audio-visual materials, and software. The editorial board welcomes unsolicited reviews, and asks that the potential reviewer first contact the review editor.
TILCA welcomes all submissions in either English or Italian. It expects that all submissions have not been published previously and are not simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.
